Welcome to Deepocrates (“we,” “our,” “us”). Deepocrates is an AI-powered medical information platform designed to support healthcare professionals in accessing evidence-based knowledge efficiently. By accessing or using our services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use Deepocrates.
Deepocrates is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. The platform provides access to summarized medical literature, PubMed integrations, and AI-generated evidence-based insights. Deepocrates is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Users remain solely responsible for clinical decisions.
To use our Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Deepocrates provides information based on available sources (PubMed, clinical guidelines, AI models). We cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.
All rights, title, and interest in Deepocrates (software, design, content, trademarks) remain with Deepocrates and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without permission.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Notice. By using Deepocrates, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepocrates and its affiliates shall not be liable for damages resulting from: errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; decisions made based on AI outputs; or service interruptions or technical failures.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or unlawful use. Users may terminate their subscription at any time.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Each party may receive Confidential Information of the other. The receiving party will use the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information (and no less than reasonable care) to protect the disclosing party's Confidential Information, and will not use or disclose it except as necessary to perform under these Terms or as required by law.
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train models unless you provide explicit, informed opt-in consent. You can manage preferences within the product or by contacting legal@deepocrates.ai.
The Service may interoperate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting, literature databases). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email where required by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deepocrates regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
